Our story started in 2015, a pivotal year for us. Amanda was pregnant with our first child, and Mark was working as a landscaper. It was during this time that one of Mark’s regular landscaping clients asked him to dispose of a sofa at the local dump. That simple request sparked an idea, and Mark began offering dump runs as an additional service for his landscaping clients.
Falling in Love with Restoration:
The turning point came in 2019 when we undertook our first complete property clean-up. It was in the process of transforming spaces and hauling away the clutter that we fell in love with the art of restoration. Witnessing the impact of a clean and decluttered environment on a home and its occupants fueled our passion for this work.

In 2019, we took a bold step and established Junk Authority Hawaii LLC, focusing solely on providing top-notch junk removal services. What began as a small venture grew steadily, thanks to the overwhelming support of our community.

As our company flourished, we bootstrapped our business, reinvesting every ounce of dedication and hard work. Over time, we expanded our fleet, investing in a larger truck and trailer to accommodate the needs of our growing clientele.
