One of our jobs today was cleaning up a vacant lot that had become a dumping site. 🚛 When we came across this old rotting mattress, Mark used one of his signature junk removal methods — strapping it like a taco 🌮 to get it safely loaded and outta there. 💪 For clients who are off-island or unable to be present, we include before photos with your written estimate and after photos in your follow-up job summary email — so you can see the results start to finish. 📸 This photo shows Mark recycling computers from a local business at Mr. K’s yesterday — a great reminder of how lucky we are to have this service close by. We still remember the days of having to drive all the way to Hilo and pay about $1 per pound just to properly recycle electronics. That was such a heavy burden — especially for small businesses. That’s why it means so much that Mr. K’s worked hard to help pass the bill requiring manufacturers to cover the cost of recycling electronics.
